- Check-out time is 11 a.m. If a unit is left on site after this time without prior authorization, you risk additional charges and/or having your unit towed.
- Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and is strictly enforced!
- Parents are responsible for their children/guests at all times.
- No washing of your vehicles or unit on-site.
- All trash must be placed in a dumpster before you leave. See your site map for three locations.
- All wastewater from camping units must be contained according to State regulations and cannot be dumped on the ground.
- All fires must be contained in the fire ring and kept at a low level and supervised at all times. All fires must be completely extinguished before leaving your site or retiring for the night. Please do not move the fire ring. Damage done to the lawns by moving a fire ring will be your responsibility.
- Rates include a maximum of 4 people per site. Additional charges apply beyond 4.
- Only one vehicle is allowed per site. If you have additional vehicles, please park in the office lot.
- The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced!!!
- There is a game area in the hall with puzzles, board games, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, pool table and foosball. Basketball, horseshoes and other games are available at the office for your use.
- Only one camping unit per site. No tents may be erected on a site with another unit.
- Use of washer/dryers in your unit is prohibited. A laundromat is available in the service building.
- Any damage done to trees, tables, fireplaces, lawn or other campground property by you, a family member or one of your guests is your sole responsibility.
- Any violations of the above rules shall be grounds for expulsion from the park without a refund.
- Please respect your neighbors and do not cut through their lot. Please use roadway.
- If you are on a paved site, please use boards under your leveling systems. Boards are provided at your post.
- No bicycles at night without proper lighting front & rear. All children under 16 must wear helmets at all times under Maine Law. Helmets must also be worn for scooters with NO EXCEPTIONS.
- NO motorcycles may be operated in the campground from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. — no exceptions!
- Pool Hours as posted and all children MUST have adult supervision at all times. No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. Positively no diving is allowed.
